Returns Policy
We hope you love your order. However, if something isn’t quite right, we are happy to accept returns on eligible online orders within 21 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Purchased directly through the SUNI website
- Returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
- Free from marks, odours, damage, or signs of wear
- Safely packaged to avoid damage during transit
- Accompanied by your order number and full name
Unfortunately, returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused, and a refund or exchange may not be issued.
Please note: Archive Collection sale items are non-refundable and are eligible for store credit only.
UK Returns
To request a return, please email hello@thesunicollection.com with your order number.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
You may request an exchange for an alternative size of the same item, subject to availability. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.
International Returns
We gladly accept international returns; however, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs or import charges incurred.
Please email hello@thesunicollection.com to arrange your return. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been completed.
Please include your order number and full name inside your parcel.
Processing Time
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible; however, during busy periods, this may take a little longer. Please allow up to 21 days for your refund to be processed once your return has been received.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item in a faulty condition, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thesunicollection.com and include your order number along with photographs of the issue.
If an item purchased within the last 6 months develops a fault, please get in touch and we will assist further.
